Assistant to Office Manager
(based in Linping)
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and organizing business trips, including but not limited to hotel and ticket booking
- Accompany the Office Manager to visit suppliers and responsible for translation and interpretation
- Coordinate and communicate with suppliers, customers, logistic companies, agencies as well as German headquarter
- Coordination of the work assignments of the QC's, Communication with the QC´s, Monitoring the reporting of the QC's
- Execute & follow up orders for on-time delivery, work on open order list and update them regularly
- Organize shipment and export of goods from China to Germany or directly to customers
- Take care of all kinds of paper works related to trading affairs
- Assist the management in administrative field during company operation
- Other tasks assigned by manager
Basic Requirements:
- age between 24-35, college degree or above
- good command of oral and written English, knowledge in German language will be a plus
- min. 2 years working experience in relevant fields, be familiar with trade procedure and documents
- work systematically, considerately and carefully, eager to learn
- good interpersonal and communication skills, team player
- flexible, able to work independently and under pressure
- good command of computer operational skills, especially MS Office
- willing to travel
